Vốn da hỗn hợp thiên dầu, vùng trán lỗ chân lông to dễ nổi mụn, vùng da chữ T đổ dầu nhiều và vùng da 2 bên má lại khá khô nên mình gặp nhiều khó khăn trong việc lựa chọn các sản phẩm mặt nạ làm sạch sâu. Đã thử qua nhiều sản phẩm mặt nạ làm sạch sâu như các loại mặt nạ sủi bọt hay mặt nạ lột, nhưng mình thấy các sản phẩm mặt nạ đất sét hay có chứa than bùn vẫn hút dầu thừa hiệu quả nhất.
3 sản phẩm mặt nạ đất sét mình đang sử dụng:
– Mặt nạ đất sét Himalaya – Giá khoảng 150.000 VNĐ/ 150ml
– Mặt nạ đất sét ngải cứu Yomogi của hãng Mizumi Izumi – Giá khoảng 400.000 VNĐ/ 150 gam
– Mặt nạ than bùn của origins – Giá khoảng 150.000 VNĐ/ 15 ml
Mặt nạ đất sét Himalaya
Thiết kế và kết cấu sản phẩm:
– Thiết kế dạng tuýp dài, có nắp mở tiện lợi nhưng dễ dính ra ngoài, nếu đóng nắp không chặt, có thể khiến sản phẩm bị khô.
– Kết cấu của sản phẩm không giống như nhiều sản phẩm mặt nạ đất sét khác, nó khá lỏng và có lợn cợn hạt. Nếu để lâu ngày sản phẩm có thể bị tách nước, vậy nên trước khi dùng bạn nên lắc đều tuýp mặt nạ. Sản phẩm có mùi lá Neem đặc trưng.
Cảm nhận:
– Vì có những hạt lợn cợn nên khi bôi phải nhẹ nhàng để tránh bị rát da. Mặt nạ khô khá nhanh, bạn sẽ thấy da căng và khó cử động, khả năng hút dầu hiệu quả, những ai da có mụn viêm có thể bị châm chích khi đắp.
– Rửa mặt hơi khó, phải rửa bằng nước âm ấm 1 chút thì mới có thể làm sạch nhanh, vùng khóe mũi phải dùng tay chà mạnh 1 chút.
– Sau khi đắp xong, da sạch mịn, nhưng mình nghĩ sản phẩm chỉ phù hợp với da dầu hoặc hỗn hợp thiên dầu mà thôi. Những ai da khô, khi đắp xong có thể khiến da khô hơn.

– Dạng túi khá hay ho với đầu nắp vặn tiện lợi.
– Kết cấu sản phẩm khá đặc và mịn, không có hạt lợn cợn, có mùi thơm dịu nhẹ.
Cảm nhận
– Vì chất đất sét mịn nên khi lướt trên da khá thích, bạn nên lấy 1 lượng vừa đủ để đắp rồi đóng nắp. Cũng chỉ nên bôi 1 lớp vừa phải, không nên bôi quá dày vì vừa tốn lại vừa lâu khô.
– Khi mặt nạ khô, bạn sẽ cảm giác da hơi căng 1 chút nhưng không quá khó chịu như mặt nạ Himalaya. Khi rửa mặt, bạn cũng nên rửa bằng nước ấm để làm sạch nhanh, vùng khóe mũi cũng phải chà mạnh mới sạch.
– Sau khi đắp xong da nhìn rất thích, sờ siêu mịn và không hề bị khô. Vì có chứa chiết xuất ngải cứu nên loại mặt nạ này còn có tác dụng hiệu quả trong việc làm se cồi mụn, giảm viêm và ngăn ngừa mụn.

– Dạng tuýp dài có nắp vặn khá tiện lợi khi dùng, hãng cũng có 3 size từ to đến nhỏ để các nàng lựa chọn.
– Kết cấu sản phẩm đặc và mịn, có mùi thơm nhẹ nhàng, không kiểu quá nhiều hương liệu.
Cảm nhận
– Cũng giống như các sản phẩm mặt nạ đất sét, loại mặt nạ than bùn này của Origins cũng giúp hút dầu và làm sạch sâu, bạn cũng nên lấy 1 lượng vừa đủ và không nên đắp quá dày.
– Khi mặt nạ khô, bạn sẽ bất ngờ vì da không có cảm giác căng hay khó cử động, làn da khá thoải mái. Ngay cả việc rửa cũng dễ dàng hơn.
Vì da thiên dầu và đỏng đảnh, dùng loại hút dầu mạnh quá có thể khiến da 2 bên má khô, dùng loại hút sạch vừa thì vùng da chữ T của mình cảm giác vẫn “bẩn”. Vậy nên mình áp dụng chiến lược đắp mặt nạ theo từng vùng để các loại mặt nạ phát huy tối đa tác dụng cho từng vùng da. Cụ thể như sau: Đắp mặt nạ Himalaya cho vùng chữ T, mặt nạ ngải cứu Nhật Bản cho vùng trán & thái dương vì vùng trán của mình hay nổi mụn, còn mặt nạ Origins cho 2 bên má.
Mình thấy cách đắp này hơi mất thời gian 1 chút nhưng khá hiệu quả. Dẫu sao thì đắp 1 lần/ tuần và vào ngày cuối tuần thôi nên tốn chút xíu thời gian cũng không sao. Sau khi đắp xong, mình thấy da thoáng sạch, không còn cảm giác da vùng này sạch còn vùng khác lại quá khô. Đây cũng là gợi ý mà các bạn da dầu hay hỗn hợp thiên dầu có thể tham khảo.
Tips nhỏ khi sử dụng
– Không nên bôi quá dày vì như vậy vừa tốn mà mặt nạ lại lâu khô.
– Với những loại mặt nạ than bùn hoặc đất sét, không nên đắp quá lâu hoặc để mặt nạ khô đét trên da, nên đắp theo đúng hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất (trung bình khoảng 10 phút). Những bạn có da nhạy cảm, dễ bị kích ứng có thể đắp ngắn hơn thời gian khuyến cáo.
– Trước khi đắp mặt nạ có thể xông hơi da mặt vài phút để giãn nở lỗ chân lông.
– Sau khi đắp mặt nạ, nên rửa nhẹ nhàng lại bằng nước ấm sau đó táp nhẹ nước lạnh lên mặt.
– Vì các sản phẩm đất sét hay than bùn đều có đặc tính làm sạch sâu, hút bẩn và dầu thừa nên sau khi đắp các loại mặt nạ này xong, bạn nên sử dụng các loại toner cấp ẩm, không nên dùng các loại toner có chứa axit như AHA, BHA…
Hiện tại mình khá hài lòng với cách đắp mặt nạ theo vùng như thế này, mình đã áp dụng cách đắp này được 2 tháng với tần suất 1 – 2 lần/ tuần và da dẻ trộm vía nhìn khá ổn. Da được cải thiện về cả độ đàn hồi lẫn tình trạng lỗ chân lông.
