Ngày 5/8, Phó Chủ tịch UBND TP. Hồ Chí Minh Dương Anh Đức đã có văn bản gửi Ban Chỉ đạo thi tốt nghiệp THPT năm 2020 về một số biện pháp an toàn cho Kỳ thi tốt nghiệp THPT năm 2020 (sau đây gọi tắt là Kỳ thi).
Theo đó, Thành phố yêu cầu Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo chỉ đạo và rà soát việc thực hiện các biện pháp nhằm đảm bảo an toàn, phòng chống dịch bệnh cho Kỳ thi.
Đối với thí sinh cần chủ động thực hiện nghiêm các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch COVID – 19 theo khuyến cáo của Ngành Y tế, phải đeo khẩu trang khi đi đến và rời khỏi Điểm thi, trong thời gian ở tại Điểm thi, bước vào phòng thi.
Đối với cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên tham gia công tác thi cần nghiêm túc thực hiện khai báo tình hình sức khỏe, lịch sử di chuyển theo quy định; thực hiện nghiêm các biện pháp phòng ngừa theo khuyến cáo Ngành Y tế; thường xuyên rửa tay và đeo khẩu trang trong suốt thời gian thực hiện nhiệm vụ. Đặc biệt, các nhân sự thuộc diện FO, F1, F2 (theo quy định Ngành Y tế) không tham gia vào các khâu của Kỳ thi .
Đối với Điểm thi cần phối hợp với Ngành y tế địa phương tiến hành khử khuẩn trước Kỳ thi và cuối mỗi ngày thi. Trang bị đầy đủ vật dụng cần thiết phòng chống dịch COVID – 19 phục vụ cho Kỳ thi.
Bên cạnh đó, Thành phố yêu cầu Sở Y tế chỉ đạo y tế địa phương hỗ trợ các điểm thi tổng vệ sinh, khử khuẩn trước ngày làm việc đầu tiên 2 ngày và sau mỗi ngày làm việc. Rà soát, lập danh sách thí sinh và cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên tham gia các khâu trong kỳ thi thuộc đối tượng FO, F1, F2; Lập phương án cụ thể về chuyên môn để xử lý kịp thời đối với các trường hợp xuất hiện thí sinh, người làm công tác thi thuộc diện F1, F2 (trước và trong khi thi ), các trường hợp cách li khu vực thi. Đồng thời, hỗ trợ các thiết bị tầm nhiệt để phục vụ công tác đo thân nhiệt cho các điểm thi có đông thí sinh, tránh ùn tắc, thực hiện tốt quy định về giãn cách .
Ngoài ra, đối với UBND các quận – huyện cần xây dựng phương án, bảo đảm an toàn cho thí sinh và cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên làm công tác thi tại địa phương. Trong đó, đặc biệt lưu ý việc phối hợp giữa các ban ngành địa phương, hỗ trợ các điểm thi thực hiện quy định về giãn cách, nhất là cuối mỗi buổi thi.
